Job Description
Teya is a payment and software service provider looking for a Senior Payments Specialist to join their mission to help small businesses thrive. The role will involve translating business needs into functional requirements, working with internal stakeholders, and delivering impactful payment solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business or science-related field
- 5+ years of experience in the finance or payments industry
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working closely with engineering teams
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for customer insights and value propositions
- High attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
- Demonstrated success in delivering products or features end-to-end
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
