Requirements
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in fintech, payments, banking, or SaaS
- Proven ability to own complex product areas and deliver measurable outcomes
- Strong product discovery skills and customerâcentric mindset
- Comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure impact
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in crossâfunctional, fastâmoving environments
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with handsâon execution
