X-Ray Tech (BXMO or ARRT)

The Basic X-Ray Technician provides professional clinical care for patients following established standards and practices. Performs diagnostic imaging tests, prepares patients, operates x-ray machines, and ensures patient safety during procedures.

Requirements

• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
• Perform radiological duties in compliance with state laws
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures
• Take x-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety
• Maintain and clean x-ray equipment
• Accompany patients to examination or treatment room
• Assist Providers during treatment/procedures
• Complete electrocardiograms and specimen collection
• Ensure exam rooms are stocked with adequate medical supplies
• Represent the clinic in a friendly, professional manner
