X-Ray Tech (BXMO or ARRT)

Requirements

• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
• Perform radiological duties in compliance with organization and state laws
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures
• Operate x-ray machines and ensure high quality images
• Maintain and clean x-ray equipment
• Assist Providers during treatment and procedures
• Complete electrocardiograms and specimen collection
• Notify patients of lab results and administer medications
• Ensure exam rooms are stocked with medical supplies
• Handle and store medications properly
• Cross-train for front office responsibilities
• Educate patients and provide information and instructions
• Represent the clinic in a friendly, professional manner
• Comply with HIPAA rules and medical ethics
