Account Manager responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to existing clients at TransPerfect, a global industry leader in language and business support services.

Requirements

• Research prospective clients through various strategies
• Create accurate spreadsheets of prospective client data
• Generate daily mailings to prospective clients
• Cold call prospective clients
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with clients
• Educate clients regarding the translation process
• Liaise with production to ensure job handling and quality
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Research and understand industries and industry leaders
• Perform special projects and duties
