The Client Services Associate role is responsible for serving as the first level of support to existing clients, managing and coordinating the completion of all language projects, and providing high-quality deliverables. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-level service to clients.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Effective time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, work independently and as part of a team
- Strong MS Office/computer skills
