The Human Resources Associate provides administrative support to the HR Department, working within established processes and procedures. Responsibilities include exit processes, absence management, employee relocations, and benefits administration.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Attention to detail and problem-solving competencies
- Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries
- Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace
- Working knowledge with a HRIS (Workday)
