The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the daily operations of the Human Resources department, conducting HR matters with autonomy and efficiency. This role involves transactional activities, project support, and compliance with local laws and internal policies.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Attention to detail and problem-solving competencies
- Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries
