- Conducts all Human Resources matters with autonomy and efficiency
- Handles various processes in the employee life cycle
- Manages relocation and transfer processes
- Administers different benefit plans in compliance with local regulations
- Maintains compliance with local regulations concerning employment
- Assists with localization and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
- Supports employee relations issues and HR audits
- Collaborates with the global HR team to ensure HR department goals are met
