Junior IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an energetic individual to work as a Junior Helpdesk/IT Support Desktop Specialist in our Kragujevac office. This is an entry-level position for someone with 1+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting and communication skills.

Requirements

• Provide installation and support of PC and some Apple hardware and software
• Respond to incoming calls and/or e-mails regarding workstation and peripheral performance and use requests
• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of workstation and peripheral problems
