Requirements
- Source candidates for a variety of projects and programs
- Conduct advanced job-board research to identify effective posting channels
- Create and post job advertisements on multiple job boards and online communities
- Apply out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to identify specialized talent populations
- Support crowd recruitment initiatives and sourcing large, diverse pools of task-based contributors
- Use social media and professional networks to attract high-quality candidates
- Communicate with candidates and ensure timely and clear responses to questions
- Track and report recruitment KPIs and prepare internal sourcing reports
- Maintain organized recruitment documentation and ensure data accuracy
