Hitachi Rail is seeking a RAMS Engineer to ensure the evidence of functional safety and reliability of safety-critical products and systems. As a team player, you will introduce and apply methods for RAMS consideration and develop them further to ensure safety and reliability goals. You will also coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth collaboration and evidence of compliance with RAMS requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
- First experiences in the RAMS and/or Validation area
- Willingness to learn RAMS principles, RAMS methods, and CENELEC standards
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and conscientiously
- Discussion and enforcement capabilities
- Overarching process thinking on the company level
