Engineering Delivery Manager Radars

Role Overview

Join a dynamic and versatile Systems Engineering radar team responsible for radar surveillance projects with or without stations. As an Engineering Delivery Manager Radars, you will ensure the management of Engineering and development activities for your project, from start to finish in co-engineering and interaction with Systems Engineering, Hardware and Software Development, and Integration and Production teams.

What You Will Do

Manage and coordinate internal teams, orchestrate activities to allow the project to be completed on a technical, industrial, financial, and customer satisfaction plan, apply development cycle optimization methods, interact daily with the PDA and PM of the project, guarantee the quality of deliverables and drive continuous improvement, manage the documentary and configuration part of the solution, and be the technical interface with the client.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 5, such as an engineering school or equivalent university education
• Experience as an EDM or WPM on significant developments or upgrades of high-tech equipment
• General knowledge of primary and secondary radars
• Rigor, discipline, and strong synthesis capacity
• Ability to work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Fluency in English
