Role Overview

The position requires experience in technical and operational management of a work package and management of teams throughout the development cycle.

What You Will Do

Define and animate the most performant development and IVVQ strategy, ensure controlled execution and appropriate control of the creation of value in engineering, structure and organize the WP, define the management plan, participate in offers and studies, put in place KPIs for activity management, propose and promote innovative solutions, manage the execution of WP activities, ensure strong technical coordination, guarantee the holding of reviews, bring your management experience to teams and the program.

Requirements

• Engineering or generalist degree with electronics
• Confirmed and successful experience in technical and operational management of a Workpackage (WP) of several M€
• Management of WP on a program implementing software and hardware integrations
• Ability to understand and pose technical, leadership, efficiency in decision-making problems
• Analytical and synthetic spirit
• Motivated to take on challenges
