Engineering Delivery Manager

Role Overview

As an Engineering Delivery Manager, you will define the technical architecture of proposed radars, pilot studies, and coordinate Thales development teams. You will work closely with the offer manager and external stakeholders to ensure feasibility and performance of solutions.

What You Will Do

Your missions will include piloting studies, analyzing client needs, coordinating development teams, ensuring feasibility, and evaluating performance. You will also contribute to the construction of offers and planning.

Requirements

• BAC + 5 degree or equivalent university degree
• Excellent mastery of practical and theoretical knowledge of radars and radar design and architecture skills
• Extensive experience in managing complex systems
• Ability to ensure hierarchical management of a small team of engineers
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate rigor and tenacity
