Engineering Delivery Manager

Role Overview

An Engineering Delivery Manager will work in collaboration with the Programme Managers, Engineering Delivery Lead, Head of Engineering Delivery, and the wider engineering team to ensure delivery of engineering development projects. The role will be responsible for leading high-performing engineering teams, defining engineering delivery strategies, and managing interfaces with the overall delivery strategy.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will lead high-performing engineering teams, define engineering delivery strategies, manage interfaces, and ensure delivery of engineering development projects. They will also be responsible for day-to-day management of the engineering team's activities, proactive management of issues, opportunities, and risks, and managing and reporting of engineering efficiency.
