Job description
The Head of Engineering Delivery will be responsible for defining the discipline's strategy, deploying it, and managing teams. They will also allocate resources to projects/products, manage skills and training plans, and represent the Competence Center in project reviews.
The Head of Engineering Delivery will define the discipline's strategy, deploy it, and implement good practices/standards. They will also manage teams, allocate resources, and ensure continuous improvement actions are implemented.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in engineering or a related field, significant experience in managing and leading teams, and a strong interest in hierarchical management, complex systems, and lean engineering.
