Senior Accountant

We're hiring a Senior Accountant to own the day-to-day financial operations of the business, focusing on revenue, billing, and financial accuracy. This is a foundational role that involves managing how money moves through a complex marketplace and operating independently with guidance from an experienced Fractional CFO.

Requirements

• 3–6 years' experience in accounting or finance with strong foundational training
• Degree-qualified in accounting, finance, or similar
• Experience handling revenue, billing, invoicing, or reconciliation
• Experience operating in fast-moving, ambiguous or unstructured environments
• Comfortable working with multi-party or performance-based revenue flows
• Strong grasp of core accounting processes (AP, AR, month-end close)
• Experience with accounting tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar
• Clear and direct communicator
