Job Description
The Aerospace Corporation is seeking an Advanced Communications Satellite Project Engineer/Sr. Advanced Communications Satellite Project Engineer to work on critical defense contracts for the Space Force. The successful candidate will be part of a team that influences and shapes high-priority defense contracts and translates warfighter needs into reality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physical science, mathematics, or related technical degree
- 8 or more years of engineering experience, including experience in a systems engineering and/or program management environment
- Experience building and maintaining effective interpersonal relations with internal and external organizations
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Willing to travel domestically approx. 10-15%
- Current Top Secret/SSBI/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain additional security clearances issued by the U.S. government
