Job Description
Join The Aerospace Corporation as a Mission Engineering Specialist / Senior Mission Engineering Specialist and contribute to solving the hardest problems in space programs. Work on a team that provides technical expertise and leadership in mission engineering methods, processes, and tools to customers across various domains. This is a full-time, on-site position based in one of our offices in Colorado Springs, CO; El Segundo, CA; or Chantilly, VA.
Requirements
- Design and develop system of systems and enterprise engineering MBSE models and mission engineering principles
- Develop and integrate analytical methods and tools to evaluate program and mission strategic concepts
- Lead development of architecture for modeling, simulation, and data tools and their interactions
- Lead project teams on multiple concurrent projects to elicit and identify needs, requirements, and constraints
- Mentor early career and experienced staff to develop department capabilities and meet emerging demands
