Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
- 2 to 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, regulatory affairs, energy policy, RTO/ISO market design, market rate analysis, and/or transmission development
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to lead or follow as needed to achieve desired outcomes
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic market environments
