Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
• 7+ years of experience in BESS or complex electromechanical system development and integration
• Strong experience with electrical systems, energy storage, controls, and power electronics
• Experience working across multiple OEMs and integrators
• Proven ability to support fielded systems and post-installation troubleshooting
• Familiarity with BESS standards such as UL 9540 / 9540A and applicable electrical codes
• Experience with BESS safety standards and compliance, including UL 9540 / 9540A NFPA 855, NFPA 110 / 111, NFPA 72, NFPA 68 / 69
