Manager, Development

The Development Manager is responsible for executing the fundraising strategy for the ALS Association's signature fundraising events and other peer-to-peer and community fundraising initiatives. The role requires a self-starter with peer-to-peer fundraising experience, strong relationships with existing supporters, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements

• Implement a comprehensive plan to meet an income portfolio goal of $250,000+
• Responsible for the recruitment, stewardship, and retention of volunteer leaders, event participants, and donors
• Manage logistical details for all assigned events, including budget management and vendor coordination
