Manager, Development

The Manager, Development is responsible for implementing ALS Association signature fundraising events and supporting local third-party events. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can quickly establish relationships with existing supporters and identify new corporate prospects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in fundraising, event management, volunteer development and management, public relations, donor cultivation and relations, corporate sponsor cultivation
• Skilled at managing participants in an online fundraising platform
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in a timely and effective manner to multiple constituencies
