Job Description
The National Manager will enhance and oversee the revenue growth of the National Defeat ALS Your Way program, execute marathon event fundraising activities, and develop a national fundraising strategy.
Requirements
- Implement a comprehensive plan to meet an income portfolio goal of approximately $2.5M
- Develop and execute a national fundraising strategy for The ALS Association’s Defeat ALS Your Way platform
- Partner with local field development staff to recruit participants and athletes
- Utilize best practices to retain and upgrade athletes and fundraisers
- Utilize peer-to-peer fundraising platforms and CRM systems to drive engagement and maximize revenue
- Create and deliver coaching to participants
