
Job description
Client Operations is responsible for managing daily operations that directly affect client services and satisfaction. This function involves providing client support, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services, addressing any issues that may arise, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and deliver better outcomes for clients.
Perform and coordinate administrative duties and tasks, including production oversight, monitoring and resolving production issues, curation of asset master data warehouse, collaborating with counterparties, and continuous improvement of documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Fund Compliance, Regulatory Reporting or Investment Risk, and basic understanding of various asset classes. Desirable experience with Bloomberg and/or other market data platforms, previous exposure to Client Service roles, and strong written and verbal communication skills are also required.
