
Job description
The Client Onboarding Specialist will be the key client contact throughout the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales to BAU. They will act as a first point of contact for UK and US clients relating to onboarding matters and coordinate client adoptions, account openings, and project planning.
The Specialist will project manage and coordinate internal functions to onboard new clients, provide regular status updates, and assist in drafting and reviewing client master/service agreements. They will also develop processes and procedures for the wider team and continue to evolve the onboarding process.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the investment funds industry, strong project management skills, and the ability to work semi-supervised in a fast-paced dynamic business. They will possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a client servicing mindset.
