The Senior Client Onboarding Officer / Client Onboarding Administrator will be responsible for the onboarding and integration of new business clients in the APAC region, with a focus on fund services, corporate services, and compliance solutions services in Japan. The role involves high-level client interaction and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful project management.
Responsibilities include coordinating with local offices, project leading new business opportunity launches and transitions, coordinating client adoptions, KYC process, account openings, and internal system set-ups. The role also involves providing regular client onboarding status updates and working closely with the Regional Head of Onboarding.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in verbal and written English and Japanese, with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a client-centric approach. Project management experience and knowledge of the fund services industry are advantageous.
