Job Description
We are looking for a Pharma / Life sciences Program Manager with 16+ years of IT experience and at least 8 years of managerial experience to manage large customer engagements independently. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the Pharma / Life Science domain and regulatory requirements, as well as excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 16+ years of IT experience
- At least 8 years of managerial experience
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles managing large engagements
- Experience managing large Pharma/CRO/Med devices customers
- ITIL and PMI certifications (not mandatory)
- Ability to transition services to Offshore and manage delivery in Onsite Offshore model
- Willingness to travel for new engagements
