Job Description
This Direct Service Provider I role involves providing a safe and supportive environment for participants, encouraging their participation in activities, and promoting community integration. The role requires active engagement, documentation, and adherence to best practices for person-centered planning. This position is part of the Program Innovation Leader's team, reporting to the Director of Programs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must have a current California driverās license with a good driving record.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 45lbs.
