Job Description
The Direct Service Provider II will interact with and provide a safe environment for participants, offering social and community support activities. This role involves engaging participants, promoting individual choice, and collaborating with other staff to achieve program goals. The role reports to the Program Innovation Leader and the Director of Programs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have a current California driver’s license with a good driving record
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to lift a minimum of 45lbs
- Strong communication, teambuilding, and leadership skills
- Willingness to learn and be flexible
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to learn and be flexible
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
