The Employment Support Professional supports individuals with disabilities to identify employment goals, build workplace skills, and succeed in competitive, integrated jobs.

Requirements

• Complete person-centered assessments to identify interests, strengths, and employment goals
• Build relationships with employers and community partners to identify and secure job opportunities
• Provide on-site and off-site job coaching to teach job tasks, promote independence, and support retention
• Develop and implement individualized employment and training plans aligned with person-centered planning
