Job Description
The Arc Madison Cortland is seeking a Residence Manager to join their team. The Residence Manager will supervise staff and residents, oversee the operation of assigned sites, and ensure compliance with agency and departmental policies. The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid NYS driver's license with 12 months driving history.
