Program Assistant - Residential DSP Services

The Arc of Ocean County is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with disabilities in residential settings across Ocean County, providing safe, supportive, and meaningful daily experiences.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license in good standing, with no more than 5 points
• Demonstrated work stability, with at least one year of tenure at a previous employer preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to successfully complete all required background checks and screening processes in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements
