Job Description
The Chief Development Officer is a visionary C-suite leader responsible for building and sustaining a robust, diverse and multigenerational funding base to ensure The Asian American Foundation's enduring impact.
Requirements
- An advanced degree in a relevant field of study
- Minimum of ten years of progressive executive experience in development, institutional advancement, or financial services
- A documented, verifiable track record of personally closing multi-million gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations
- Proven success in working collaboratively with and leveraging other C-Suite Leaders and Executive Board of Directors to drive transformational fundraising results
- Significant experience in establishing or scaling complex financial instruments, such as endowments, planned giving programs, or high-net-worth advisory services
