Business Development Deputy to the President

One Acre Fund is seeking a Business Development Deputy to the President to work closely with the President and eventually rise to be one of our top leaders. The role will involve fund development and philanthropy, program coordination and strategy, project management, and team management.

Requirements

• Fund development and philanthropy
• Program coordination and strategy
• Project management
• Team management
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• Management consultants with a concentration in the social sector are encouraged to apply
• Leadership of a globally-focused social enterprise or nonprofit
• Grant or debt-raising for the same
• Impact investing or philanthropy in the global development sector
