Job Description
The Adamah Youth NY Coordinator leads regional engagement for Adamah’s teen Jewish environmental education and climate leadership programs across New York.
Requirements
- Experience in program and project development, planning and implementation
- Experience with Jewish environmental education and youth leadership development
- Experience working with teens and youth leadership programs
- Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously
- Ability to balance competing priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively across teams
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends and travel regionally
