Sr. Director, Reader Revenue Growth & Acquisition

The Associated Press is seeking a Sr Director, Reader Revenue Growth & Acquisition to lead strategy and execution for its fast-growing consumer donations business. This role is responsible for scaling recurring donations by expanding and activating engaged consumer audiences and converting that engagement into durable financial support for AP’s journalism.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading subscription or donations revenue growth
• Direct experience building, scaling, or operating a reader-revenue or donations business within a media or mission-driven organization
• Demonstrated expertise in the dynamics of digital subscription or recurring B2C revenue
