Job Description
A high-volume restaurant group in Beverly Hills seeks an experienced Saute Cook to prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards. Restaurant experience is a MUST for this role.
Requirements
- Prepare and cook dishes using sautéing techniques according to recipes and standards.
- Set up and stock the sauté station with all necessary supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sauté station and equipment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed.
