Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations and physical assets of the property, troubleshooting and solving mechanical issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High School education or equivalent
- Ability to fluently read and write English
- One to two years minimum experience in community management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade
