The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations and physical asset of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to fluently read and write English
- Accurately perform intermediate mathematical
- One to two years minimum experience in community management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade
- Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
- EPA certification Type I and II
- Pest Control certification
- Basic to intermediate skills in plumbing, sheet-rock, general carpentry, electrical, and other areas
