The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the property, including troubleshooting and solving mechanical issues, and ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of all service requests and repairs.
Requirements
- A High School education or equivalent is required.
- Ability to fluently read and write English.
- Accurately perform intermediate mathematical.
- One to two years minimum experience in community management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade.
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is required.
- EPA certification Type I and II.
- Pest Control certification if performed in house.
- Basic computer and Internet knowledge.
- Ability to use Outlook and operate personal computer functions and company utilized software packages.
