Job Description
The Bank of Missouri is seeking a Transformation Management Office (TMO) Program Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of strategic initiatives within the TMO. This role supports prioritization, governance, and execution standards to ensure initiatives are planned, tracked, and delivered in alignment with organizational priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in program, project, or transformation management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Demonstrated experience establishing, administering, or maturing an enterprise TMO/PMO or portfolio management function
- Experience partnering with executive leadership, including facilitating governance forums and advising on prioritization, sequencing, and delivery risk
