Job Description
As a Retail Account Manager on our Target team, you will be a true business partner to both Target and to our brand partners; responsible for turning plans into results, forecasts into sales, and issues into wins.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Mid-level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, filtering, grouping, etc.)
- Clear, confident communication — written and verbal
- A bias for ownership: you don’t wait to be told; you see the problem and solve it
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
