Job Description
Join our team at The Boulevard St. Charles as a Care Partner. Our starting wage is $18-$20 per hour and shift schedule is flexible and varies. We are looking for someone to create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments, be present and share talents, and invest in their work, team members, and the community.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assisting persons after a fall.
- Criminal clearance required.
