Requirements
- Be an ‘Advocate of Empathy’, responsible for creating human connection with residents
- Be a Patient Observer, discovering residents’ interests and abilities
- Be a Master of the Mise en Scène, setting the stage for a successful day
- Be a Life Partner, partnering with residents to achieve daily life facets
- Document resident care and changes in condition
- Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods
