• Be an ‘Advocate of Empathy’ and create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments
• Be a Patient Observer and discover residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes each resident who they are
• Be a Master of the Mise en Scène and set the stage for a successful day
• Be a Life Partner and partner with residents to achieve daily life goals
• Document resident care and changes in condition
• Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods
