Job Description
The Community Life Associate (Women's Center) role supports the Community Life department in establishing a safe and welcoming residential community in the Women's Center. The associate will foster positive and growing relationships with God and others, and equip clients to achieve independent living goals.
Requirements
- Embrace the organization’s Statement of Faith
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in direct care (ministry, non-profit, or human services) or customer service
- High School diploma/GED
- Conflict resolution and reporting skills
- Excellent relational and communication skills
- Computer & email proficiency
