Job Description
The Care Company is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist (PT) with strong home and community care experience to join our growing team. This position is ideal for therapists who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client relationships within a community-based model.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of physiotherapy experience in home and community care, preferably with HCCSS/OH@H clients
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Demonstrated experience in mobility assessments, gait training, falls management, equipment recommendations, and post-discharge rehab
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation OR ability to navigate the GTA efficiently via transit
