Job Description
The Care Company is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist (PT) to join their team in the East Region, working in a community-based model with flexible full-time and part-time scheduling. The ideal candidate will have strong home and community care experience, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the ability to travel independently.
Requirements
- Home and community care experience
- Minimum 2 years of physiotherapy experience in home and community care
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Demonstrated experience in mobility assessments, gait training, falls management, equipment recommendations, and post-discharge rehab
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation or ability to navigate the GTA efficiently via transit
